Justine is a first-year graduate student interested in social decision-making and metacognition. In particular, her research will examine how people conceive of others' thoughts, behaviors, and feelings, with a focus on uncertainty and confidence. She hopes to extend this research to interactions in ethical and legal domains.

Tess is a fourth-year graduate student broadly interested in psychophysiology and emotion. More specifically, she is interested in the affective components of risk and uncertainty and how different individuals react to and resolve uncertainty under different conditions. Presently, she is investigating how emotional context impacts individuals’ responses to sensory uncertainty.
