Alix is a fifth year graduate student with the ASP lab. As a Bachelor in Neuroscience, she enjoys looking at the connection between social behavior and changes in the body. Alexandra is interested in studying how awareness of body sensations is related to decision-making, affective/emotional experience, and aspects of thought.

Kristen is a fifth year graduate student in the ASP Lab. Her research focuses on how people experience and forecast their emotions. Specifically, she examines how aspects of emotional complexity, such as emotional granularity, emotion covariation, and emodiversity, change over time and across contexts, and how they relate to mental health and physiological functioning.

Kaitlyn is a fifth year Graduate Student interested in emotion perception. Currently, her work is focused on how relationships, specifically close friendships, can impact emotion perception abilities.

Tess is a third-year graduate student broadly interested in psychophysiology and emotion. More specifically, she is interested in the affective components of risk and uncertainty and how different individuals react to and resolve uncertainty under different conditions. Presently, she is investigating how emotional context impacts individuals’ responses to sensory uncertainty.
